Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If any shipping damage or manufacturing defects are detected upon receiving the item, please notify us right away via the contact form or email us at with a detailed description and photos of the damage attached. 

Photos of all damages or defects are required in order for us to issue a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of the damages and/or defects, we cannot process a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We will issue a full refund for items that arrived damaged or with a defect and were returned within 7 days frame. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not issue partial refunds. If the order is not of a satisfactory for you, we are happy to issue a full refund in exchange for safely returned products.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We do our best to fulfill your orders and carefully pack them for a safe trip. We hope that you understand that you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. 

We do not issue refunds for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by a customer.
